For the best puzzling experience, we recommend choosing a high resolution, sharp and crisp photo with plenty of textures and a variety of colours.
Please, make sure your photo is 6MP (3008 x 2000 pixels) or larger and at least 100dpi. We can work with slightly lower quality (1000x700 pixels), but results may vary.
If you don't have the best quality picture, you can always try an image-enhancer such as imglarger or similar.

Lead time for production: Your box will be shipped within 3 days from approved personalized design.
Shipping:
Standard: Canada Post regular parcel: 5 to 10 days after production, without shipping tracking number.
